What this covers
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the request access form on staythread.com. It does not cover the Staythread platform used by hotels; that has its own terms for each hotel.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form:
- your name, work email and, if you give it, your phone or WhatsApp number;
- your hotel or group name, your role, and your city and country;
- the number of properties and rooms, and your property management system, if you give them;
- what you would like Staythread to handle, and any message you write.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and arrange a walkthrough. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
When you press Request access, your details are sent as one email to the Staythread team. This website does not keep a copy in a database.
A few services help make that happen:
- Cloudflare runs this website, checks that the form was sent by a person rather than a bot, and delivers the email.
- Google hosts the inboxes the email arrives in, and supplies the fonts this website uses.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as we need it to reply and follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details you sent, reply to any email from us and tell us what you'd like. We'll do it and confirm by email.
